Beginning on Sunday, October 2nd, we will be taking a fresh look at the Beatitudes, the famous blessings Jesus pronounced at the beginning of his Sermon on the Mount in Matthew chapter 5. Our series title is quite a mouthful:
"GETTING UNSTUCK: Finding Freedom from Life's Hurts, Hang-ups and Habits".
Far more insightful than the self-help gurus of our day, the teaching of Jesus provides wisdom for living that eludes our self absorbed culture. All of us have hurts, hang-ups or habits we'd like to leave behind.
So join us at 10:45 a.m. at Light on the Corner Church as we apply Jesus' ancient wisdom to the problems of modern life.
